Student Design Challenge: Responding to Client Needs

Throughout the curriculum, VCU OTD students learn about activities of daily living, challenges that our clients may face, and the design process. We have two specific courses designated to design and adaptations: OCCT 692 Assistive Technologies for Occupational Engagement and OCCT 693 Occupational Synthesis and Adaptations.  This fall, students worked with clients to design or redesign every day objects to meet their needs.
